An Update...On Nothing, Really.
It's about time for another blog...my last rant had something to do with snow and lots of it. Well, that problem isn't over yet, but we are right on the cusp of Spring, for which we are all very grateful. It's been a long winter...we have had so much snow that a few of our resorts will be open through the Fourth of July. There isn't much to report these days, just normal life. I started a new job in March, working for a Travel and Tourism website here in Salt Lake. I've been traveling all over the Western U.S., attending tradeshows and conventions. It's exciting and interesting, but at the same time, I long to be home. I pretend to have aspirations of traveling the globe, but in all honesty, I really just need my husband and my own bed. So it's hard, but I love coming home! Also, we are moving...finally. I have had quite enough of re-living history by living in a farm house that is about 3000 years old. I look forward to clear water and door knobs that function properly. A small request, indeed, but all comforts that we have sacrificed in living in a house that is on the Historical Registry for the city. History must be preserved, but I will enjoy it in a museum, thank you very much. I'll bring this boring blog to a close, as you must certainly be snoring by now. I'll just close by saying that we are all doing well and enjoying life and those around us.
