EDIT: "To" not "Too" in Title of Previous Blog

I just hate typos. They just irk me. So it bothers me that I can't edit previous post to have the correct spelling of "to". I did not mean "too". The mere fact that I am posting a blog to rant about a typo is evidence of the fact that renegade emotions are still coursing through my veins with little or no control. I must get ahold of myself.

Too All of You Grey's Anatomy Fans Out There...

I've come to a crossroads in my life. It's monumental. I've been a watcher of "Grey's Anatomy" for several years now. The absurdity of this show, escalating each season, does not escape me. Secretly, though, I have thrilled with each crescendo of drama, fallen into the depths of despair of MerDer (as the cool kids call Meredith and Dr. Sheperd.) However, after last night's episode....SPOILER ALERT....I feel that I have no choice but to withdraw my support of this silly show. This thought first came to me as I lay in my bed, weeping despondently over the poor old man who simply couldn't let his wife die. Let me be clear. Such weeping was not a few tears rolling down my face, a small snuffle here and there. No. There was sobbing. There was uncontrollable weeping. If I knew what gnashing of teeth was, there certainly would have been gnashing of teeth. And it just wouldn't stop. On went my emotional outburst, through commercial breaks and into the next scenes. Gordon looked at me as though a martian had taken up residence in the bed next to him. And I just couldn't help it. There was no controlling me. I'm going to close here because I can almost feel a wave of emotionalness welling up again.

In an effort to avoid such gut-wrenching outbursts of emotion, which inevitably last into the following days, I feel that I must stop subjecting myself to such blatantly emotion-manipulating situations. Have they no shame? Have they no pity? My emotions are already quite volatile. To add to this caucophany is just uncalled for. I'm switching back to Disney Channel.

And while I'm at it, I should note that I'm not sorry at all to see the ridiculous and overly-graphic relationship with Callie and Erika at a close. I'm all for equal rights, but for heaven's sake....even I will agree that the graphic nature of their relationship was causing small vomit episodes.

So farewell, my former Thursday night companion. Our paths shall cross no more.
